Why does the EAP 6 and 7 management plug-in for JON require the management http-interface for slave host controllers?
Issue
- Why does JON require the management http-interface settings on host-slaves?
- Managed servers within a domain are only managed by the domain controller or master host controller
- Not all managed servers are displayed under the domain or master host controller
- A domain's managed servers and host controllers should be managed under the domain controller
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Applicaiton Platform (EAP) 6 management plug-in
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Applicaiton Platform (EAP) 7 management plug-in
- JBoss EAP domain with more then one host controller
- JBoss EAP managed servers deployed to one or more secondary or slave host controllers
