Remote job execution fails after updating Custom SSL certificate on External Red Hat Satellite Capsule server.

Issue

• Red Hat Satellite Capsule 6 status shows below error message on Red Hat Satellite WebUI portal, if using Custom SSL certificates.

  Failure: ERF50-5345 [Foreman::WrappedException]: Unable to connect ([ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: ERF12-7885 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to fetch logs ([RestClient::SSLCertificateNotVerified]: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=error: certificate verify failed (error number 1)) for Capsule https://capsule.example.com:9090/logs)
  
  

• After updating Custom SSL certificates on Red Hat Satellite Capsule, Remote execution job fails with below error.

  "Failed to initialize: RuntimeError - The only applicable Capsule `capsule.example.com` is down"
  

• Getting below error when using curl command to test the connectivity.

  * NSS error -12276 (SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN)
  * Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server's certificate.
  * curl: (51) Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server's certificate.
