Connection to database fails.
Issue
- The following error messages are seen when attempting to access a database that is not active:
SQL0901N The SQL statement failed because of a non-severe system error.
Subsequent SQL statements can be processed. (Reason "".) SQLSTATE=58004
- In the db2diag.log the following error is seen
pthread_create OSERR: EAGAIN
