"qpidd --help" does not print help for non-root users

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • qpidd --help gives the error "Can't open log file: .." when run as non-root user and no help is written.
  • Removing /etc/qpidd.conf allows to run the command.
  • It runs fine when run as root.

  • MRG (any version)
