The Satellite host always gets the "does not match a valid repository ID" when enabling the repository.

Issue

• The Satellite host always gets a does not match a valid repository ID error when enabling the repository by the following procedure.

Satellite web UI --> content --> Red Hat Repositories --> enable repository --> sync --> publish --> promote

Host --> register to Satellite --> consumed the correct subscription

For example:
Error: 'rhv-4-mgmt-agent-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms' does not match a valid repository ID. Use "subscription-manager repos --list" to see valid repositories.
Error: 'advanced-virt-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms' does not match a valid repository ID. Use "subscription-manager repos --list" to see valid repositories.
