Are JBoss ON bundle deployments restricted to the subdirectories of the deploy target?

Issue

  • bundle can act above Base Location
  • if we deploy a bundle to a destination/resource group of "JBoss AS" type with "Base Location:Profile Directory" then we expect that it is not possible to act elsewhere on the server, above that Base Location.
  • We would have expected that any path given in a bundle recipe (even exec ant task) should be interpreted as relative to the Base Location.
  • JBoss ON bundle provisioning system is able to execute actions outside of the EAP installation directory even though user deploying the bundle does not have permissions to the platform resource
