Question about Samba CVE 2013-4475 and if my version the samba is vulnerable to it.

  • Is the samba included in RHEL6 vulnerable to this CVE?
  • I checked the Red Hat CVE-2013-4475 and the bugzilla #1024542 and cannot find any applicability information related to RHEL6.4 or RHEL6.5.
  • Is there a configuration option which fully mitigates this vulnerability?

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and 6
  • samba-3.2 and above
