Availability of rest api/job in RHPAM to upload and deploy spreadsheet as decision table

Issue

If any update has to be done in the spreadsheet (.xls) which is used as decision table, it requires to upload, validate spreadsheet, build and deployment of container to reflect the changes. Is there any rest api/job in RHPAM so this activity can be automated?
