Postfix reporting dead.letter while sending mails through mailx

Issue

• Postfix is not able to send mails with mailx command. Reporting dead.letter

  # echo "TEST" | mailx -s "Test Email" username@domain.com
  could not connect: Connection refused
  "/home/rhxuser/dead.letter" 10/253
  . . . message not sent.
