The PostgreSQL Database integration with Red Hat 3scale API Management is failing with the following error: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "<host>", user "<db-user>", database "postgres"

Issue

When the system-app pod is started, the pre-hook pod fails with the following error:

FATAL:  no pg_hba.conf entry for host "<host>", user "<db-user>", database "postgres", SSL off
Couldn't create database for {"adapter"=>"postgresql", "variables"=>{"timezone"=>"UTC"}, "encoding"=>"utf8", "pool"=>5, "username"=>"<db-user>", "password"=>"<db-pwd>", "database"=>"<db-name>", "host"=>"<db-host>"}
rake aborted!
