[RHV] Windows Server VM is not reporting memory consumption
Issue
- Running Windows Server 2019 VMs with latest Guest tools installed does not report memory in the UI interface.
- This affects only Windows VMs where memory shows
0, RHEL VMs are reporting their used memory fine.
