Multipath TCP iperf3 support in RHEL-8.4

What is the iperf3 status of support for Multipath TCP in rhel-8.4?
When we use the systemtap script for MPTCP support for unmodified applications like iperf3 as per Red Hat Customer Portal - Chapter 27. Getting started with Multipath TCP we get an error like below.
# stap -vg mptcp.stap
# iperf3 -s -4
# iperf3 -c 127.0.0.1 -4
...
-----------------------------------------------------------
Server listening on 5201
-----------------------------------------------------------
Accepted connection from 127.0.0.1 port 39942
iperf3: error - unable to set TCP_CONGESTION: Supplied congestion control algorithm not supported on this host
..
This is not happening with ncat utility.
