Why is the OCP node sending TCP resets for a PODs TCP connection?

Issue

• We ran a pod to build an image. It connected to an external service via the Netscaler for the base image. The build process failed while pulling files from the repository due to a connection timeout. The network trace on the Netscaler showed that the OpenShift host sent a RST packet to the netscaler. The Netscaler Support Specialist suggested that this was the cause for the time out. We expect the build process to complete.
