How can we add labels to OpenShift GitOps route to use router sharding

Issue

• Add label to route and define hostname to support router sharding.
• In multitenant environment when using OpenShift GitOps, it's key to provide support for OpenShift Container Platform - router sharding as this is heavily used in such environment. Hence it's very important to be able and specify the IngressController label and respective hostname to properly expose the route and make it accessible.
