Unreliable htcacheclean doesn't show all cached files

Issue

• "htcacheclean -a" or "htcacheclean -A" shows only one cached file even if there are more files in subdirectories inside a directory defined with CacheRoot directive
• using a module mod_cache_disk it's not possible to delete a specific file using htcacheclean
