Conga fails to create a cluster in RHEL 6

Issue

  • When I create cluster in conga it prompted me:

    The following errors occurred while creating cluster "MyCluster": %d format: a number is required, not unicode, %d format: a number is required, not unicode"

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6

  • Red Hat High Availability Add On

  • luci prior to release 0.23.0-13.el6
