Issue

Each week, the
/etc/cron.weekly/pulp-maintenance
job causes an e-mail like the following to be sent:From root@satellite.localdomain Mon Apr 26 16:01:02 2021 Return-Path: <root@satellite.localdomain> X-Original-To: root Delivered-To: root@satellite.localdomain Received: by satellite.localdomain (Postfix, from userid 0) id 43A4C101F7A0D; Mon, 26 Apr 2021 16:01:02 -0500 (EST) From: "(Cron Daemon)" <root@satellite.localdomain> To: root@satellite.localdomain Subject: Cron <root@satellite> run-parts /etc/cron.hourly Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Auto-Submitted: auto-generated Precedence: bulk X-Cron-Env: <XDG_SESSION_ID=727> X-Cron-Env: <XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/run/user/0> X-Cron-Env: <LANG=en_US.UTF-8> X-Cron-Env: <SHELL=/bin/bash> X-Cron-Env: <PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin> X-Cron-Env: <MAILTO=root> X-Cron-Env: <HOME=/root> X-Cron-Env: <LOGNAME=root> X-Cron-Env: <USER=root> Message-Id: <20210426210102.43A4C101F7A0D@satellite.localdomain> Date: Mon, 26 Apr 2021 16:01:02 -0500 (EST) /etc/cron.hourly/pulp-maintenance: ad1e720d-c04a-4014-b96b-9065e22fe98a
- That e-mail is of no help if the job succeeds. How can this e-mail be suppressed or stopped?
