kernel panic with kernel BUG at kernel/timer.c:1000!
RIP is add_timer+0x1a
backtrace shows add_timer was called from sctp_cmd_interpreter in the sctp module.
crash analysis shows add_timer was called in SCTP_CMD_TIMER_START case
