When installing CoreOS with kernel parameters, ovnkube pod configuration script fails

Solution Verified - Updated -

When RH CoreOS is installed with kernel parameters, networkmanager config contains interface UIDs instead of name (for example eno1/eno2/bond0). The result is that the ovnkube pod configuration script fails and the bridge does not have port br-ex defined.
