Why does my heuristic program not cause the node to be fenced as I expect in Red Hat Cluster?
Issue

have a heuristic program that monitors the presence of an arbitrary process/application
-
application is not controlled by rgmanager
- if process fails, expecting qdisk to fail and cause the node to be fenced
