Issue

  • The following message is printed when trying to change from the cpu-partitioning tuned profile to any other available:
    tuned.plugins.plugin_systemd: you may need to manualy run 'dracut -f' to update the systemd configuration in initrd image 
  • /etc/tuned/cpu-partitioning-variables.conf has isolated_cores= setting configured
  • /etc/systemd/system.conf has CPUAffinity= setting configured

  • Example: Execute tuned-adm profile latency-performance when current profile is cpu-partitioning
