Upgrade from 4.6 to 4.7 and 4.7 Installations Stall on VMware Clusters
Issue
This issue manifests in one of two ways:
- When performing a new installation of 4.7
- When upgrading a cluster from 4.6 to 4.7
Environment
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.7
- VMware ESXi 6.7, 7.0
- VM hardware versions 14 and 15. Additional hardware versions beyond version 13 may be impacted.
