Requests returning 403 errors and backend-worker is in crash loopback state in 3scale

Issue

  • All the requests to APICast gateway is returning 403 errors
  • backend-worker pod is in Crash Loop Back-off state

  • backend-redis pod shows following errors

    1:M 31 Feb 12:00:00.000 * Background saving started by pid XXXXX
XXXXX:C 31 Feb 12:00:00.000 # Failed opening the RDB file dump.rdb (in server root dir /var/lib/redis/data) for saving: Transport endpoint is not connected
1:M 31 Feb 12:00:00.000 # Background saving error
