pxelinux.cfg netboot files no longer generated after upgrade to Sat v5.4.1
cobbler can no longer generates files for system definitions in /var/lib/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg

"cobbler system add" errors out when IP address uses CIDR notation:

# cobbler system add --name=system-name --profile=kickstart-profile-label:1:org-name --ip=10.160.0.0/24
invalid format for IP address (10.160.0.0/24)
