UTF-8 encoding is not working in JBoss EAP 7
Issue
UTF-8 encoding is not working. The following argument has been added to the standalone.conf file, however some contents are still shown with wrong characters:
JAVA_OPTS="$JAVA_OPTS -Dorg.apache.catalina.connector.URI_ENCODING=UTF-8"
