iSCSI lun assignments change after "service iscsi restart" and become read-only
Issue
- How can I make the system recognize newly cloned iSCSI LUNs?
- How can I rescan for new iSCSI LUNs without changing the LUN assignments?
- I've tried to rescan the system with "service iscsi restart", but this causes already mounted filesystems to lose their assigned device which are already mounted.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0
- kernel 2.6.32-71.el6.x86_64
- NetApp FAS3020 (Ontap 7.2.3)
- iSCSI LUNs
