Issue

Command "virsh dump" continues to dump a core file even if the command is canceled.

The command virsh which manipulates a guest domain can dump a core file of guest domain by dump subcommand, the command "virsh dump" itself can be canceled, but dumping a core file cannot be stopped. The dumping does not stop until the core file is fully dumped.
