Issue

  • Cluster fails to scale up

  • Kubelet has error:

k001 atomic-openshift-node[127017]: F0219 11:03:32.630680  127017 server.go:262] failed to run Kubelet: cannot create certificate signing request: Post https://k001:8443/apis/certificates.k8s.io/v1beta1/certificatesigningrequests: dial tcp 10.0.0.8:8443: connect: connection refused
