JMS message delivery from JBoss EAP to topic subscriber stalls when a different subscriber is killed

Our application uses durable subscribers to update the client GUIs. When I forcefully kill a client, all other open clients stop receiving messages for ~20 to 30 seconds; after that amount of time message delivery resumes and the open clients get all messages.

Message delivery stops completely when a Topic subscriber crashes.
