Issue

• Issue when saving Decimal field value with a group separator
• A task form having a DecimalBox displays a big numeric value with a group separator - for instance a number 123000gets displayed as 123,000 and an attempt to save the value without making any change fails;
• Double value in the form is shown with a group separator and attempt to save the value fails when the form is rendered by kie server by setting org.jbpm.wb.forms.renderer.ext property to true in the config file;
