[RHEL] Is it possible to register a server in RHN or Satellite through a SOCKS proxy?

- Is it possible to register a server in RHN or in Satellite Server through a SOCKS Proxy?
- Can I use 'rhn_register' or 'rhnreg_ks' to register a Server behind a SOCKS Proxy?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 - all releases
- SOCKS Proxy
