"dumponexit" feature of chrony
Issue
There is introduction of "dumponexit" directive in official admin guide, however it is not found in chrony manpage. Is this "dumponexit" still supported?

dumponexit
If this command is present, it indicates that chronyd should save the measurement history for each of its time sources recorded whenever the program exits. (See the dumpdir command above).
The following configuration in /etc/chrony.conf works as expected.
dumponexit
dumpdir /var/run/chrony
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
- chronyd 3.2 and later (Since RHEL 7.5)
