Issue

  • When trying to extend DATA_TBS it failed with the following error

    -bash-3.2$ db-control extend DATA_TBS
Extending DATA_TBS... DBD::Oracle::db do failed: ORA-01119: error in creating database file '/rhnsat/data/rhnsat/data_12.dbf'
ORA-27038: created file already exists
Additional information: 1 (DBD ERROR: OCIStmtExecute) [for Statement "ALTER TABLESPACE DATA_TBS ADD DATAFILE '/rhnsat/data/rhnsat/data_12.dbf' SIZE 2097152 K"] at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Dobby/DB.pm line 140.
