[RHV] Fail to add the hypervisor after changing it's FQDN.

Adding hypervisor back to RHV after changing the FQDN fails with below error:
An error has occurred during installation of Host host1.example.com: Failed to execute stage 'Closing up': Failed to restart service 'libvirtd'.
