lscpu command shows the wrong number of physical sockets as 'Socket(s):' on aarch64 machine

Issue

lscpu command shows the wrong number of physical sockets as Socket(s):' on the systems.
The systems have one physical socket CPU, however, lscpu shows:

    # lscpu
    Architecture:        aarch64
    ...
    Socket(s):           4
    ...
