Session invalidation can occur during new request received near idle session timeout after EAP 7 update

Issue

• After the JBEAP-19474 fix, the session accessed time is only updated after request completion. So if a request is received close to the idle session expiration time and processes past the expiration time, the request can experience unwanted errors from the unexpected session expiration occurring during its processing.
