[RHEL] Is it possible to change the owner of files using non-privileged user?
Issue
Using non-privileged user, when trying to change the owner of some files which belongs to this user the following error is logged.
$ chown user02:user arq4
chown: changing ownership of `arq4': Operation not permitted
$ ls -l arq4
-rwxrwxrwx 1 user01 user 554 Nov 3 1998 arq4
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux all versions
