Auto exploding EAR / WAR files in Deploy folder

Issue

To deploy applications in our JBoss EAP we have decided to use the EAR file. We copy it in the deploy directory to deploy it or we delete the file to undeploy it.

For a given application we have to use the exploded alternative.
Is there a command to explode the .ear file once we copy it to the deploy folder?

  • JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 4.x
  • JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 5.x
