Issue

An attempt to upgrade a Red Hat Directory Server (RHDS) instance from version 8.2.2 to 8.2.4 resulted in a failure.
The command setup-ds-admin.pl -u complained about an existing entry:

Error adding entry 'ou=cn\=slapd-ca1\,cn\=Red Hat Directory Server\,cn\=Server Group\,cn\=ca1.example.com\,ou\=example.com\,o\=NetscapeRoot,ou=UserPreferences,ou=example.com,o=NetscapeRoot'. Error: Already exists
Could not reconfigure the admin server.
