Bursts of fragmented multicast traffic result in dropped packets
Issue
- 10Mbps multicast traffic is received with no problems
- Bursts of 30Mpbs multicast traffic results in lost data frames
- Does not occur on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 using identical hardware
- Large UDP packets that cause fragmentation at the IP level
