Trying to move a RHEL worker node from one cluster to another

Issue

• Cannot add RHEL worker node
• I removed several worker nodes for this cluster using this solution
• Then I installed the new cluster and try to add the removed worker nodes to the new cluster. But I get the error:

FAILED - RETRYING: Wait for bootstrap endpoint to show up (60 retries left).

• I tried to add a "fresh" node and it works. The issue is only for nodes previously removed from the different cluster.
