RHEV 3.1 - RHEVM-Reports not showing any data at all

Issue

No data at all in RHEVM-Reports. It doesn't even list my Datacenter. Just Non Available. I have tried a cleanup and re-install using the guide for 3.1 but result is the same. Have also rhevm-upgrade still no help. When accessing from rhevm by choosing a virtual macine i get a web error.
