ConcurrentModificationException on individual cache on Red Hat Data Grid 7

Issue

During the nightly restart of the productive cache cluster sporadically individual cache servers are not started correctly.

Caused by: org.infinispan.commons.CacheException: Unable to invoke method public void org.infinispan.conflict.impl.DefaultConflictManager.start() on object of type DefaultConflictManager
