Lots of EDAC errors after installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 or upgrading to latest RHEL 5

Issue

• System is showing following after kernel upgrade from 2.6.18-128.1.10.el5 to 2.6.18-238.5.1.el5 or latest RHEL kernel:

      EDAC MC0: CE row 13, channel 1, label "": Corrected error (Branch=0, Channel 1),  DRAM-Bank=7 RD RAS=4346 CAS=256, 
      CE Err=0x800, Syndrome=0x52225080(Memory or FBD configuration CRC read error))

• Prior to upgrading the kernel no errors were seen.
