Add custom configuration to /etc/ceph/ceph.conf for compute nodes

Issue

• We'd like to configure additional settings in /etc/ceph/ceph.conf on compute nodes to match recommended settings from the RHCS documentation

()[nova@overcloud-compute-0 /]$ ceph-conf -D | grep rbd | grep concu
rbd_concurrent_management_ops = 10

• Recommended value:

[client]
...
rbd concurrent management ops = 20

• Is this file /etc/ceph/ceph.conf managed by director / overcloud deployment or it's completely independent and we can automate configuration on our own?

• Documentation is not explaining such steps.
