[RHEV] Sporadic change password prompt appearing at login to RHEV User Portal using FireFox

Issue

• After entering a username and password, the Portal sometimes prompts the user to change their password. This prompt always disappears on its own, sometimes extremely quickly, sometimes seemingly taking upwards of 30 seconds. The accounts being used do not have expiring passwords or any parameter set in their AD forest that would cause a password change dialog to display. The prompt will occasionally show regardless of if the correct password is entered at the login prompt.
• Is there a way to prevent this prompt from sporadically appearing?
