Issue

Root Cause

• Tasks relative to the VM in question are shown as still being active in the Tasks pane in the Admin Portal.

• Some jobs in the RHEV Database are in an unfinished state.

• RHEV-M cannot start the VM in question because it still thinks it has pending activity.
