Wrong base URL generated on new services
Issue
- on new service creation the URL autogenerated by 3scale are in the form of
https://{service-name}--apicast-staging.{wildcard-domain}:443instead ofhttps://{service-name}-{tenant-name}-apicast-staging.{wildcard-domain}:443
