Why are the values of MaxBurstLength and FirstBurstLength in iscsid.conf not reflected in the output of "iscsiadm -m session -P 2"?

Issue

The values in the iscsid.conf file does not match the output from iscsiadm -m session -P 2.
FirstBurstLength and/or MaxBurstLength are specified as one value in iscsid.conf but iscsiadm output shows different values.
