How can a banner notice be set on the Satellite Login page?
Issue
A top bar notification would be nice to let user's know about any relevant information. e.g. scheduled maintenance, pending restrictions, etc. A choice of background would be helpful as well. (i.e. matching/default, yellow, and red would be sufficient).
